  • No extended data retention

    Extended run/data retention is a paid feature — 3-day retention starts at the Team tier ($500/mo) and 7-day at the Scale tier ($1,000/mo). The free Developer tier does not include an extended retention window.

  • Single user / limited tenants

    Multi-user and multi-tenant support (10 users & 5 tenants) begins at the Team tier; unlimited users/tenants at Scale. The free Developer tier is geared to a single developer.

  • Throughput not guaranteed

    Guaranteed RPS throughput (500 RPS) and latency guarantees are paid-tier features (Team and above). The free tier has no committed throughput or latency SLA.

  • No audit logs / HIPAA / SSO
